What this includes

Four things, done properly, rather than a long list done shallowly.

Technical foundation

Crawlability, speed, structure and schema. The work that makes everything else possible.

Content that answers

Pages built for the questions your buyers actually type, not the keywords a tool suggested.

Authority building

Earned links and citations from sources that carry real weight in your industry.

Measurement

Call tracking and lead attribution so every ranking gain ties to a business outcome.

What SEO costs

Three plans, one process. Every plan gets the same reporting and the same account manager. Higher plans add more content, more links and more keywords, which is what moves rankings faster in competitive categories. Month to month with 30 days notice, no setup fee.

A one-time technical SEO audit, with a fix list you can hand to any developer, runs $750 to $2,500 depending on the size of the site. Analytics dashboard showing channel performance

Rankings are the input. Revenue is the report.

Most SEO reporting shows positions because positions are cheap to report. We instrument calls and forms first, so the monthly conversation is about booked work.

  • Call tracking on organic traffic from day one
  • Form submissions carrying their source and landing page
  • Rankings and traffic reported as context, not as the headline
  • A plain-English summary you can read in five minutes

How we do SEO

Fix the site, build the pages, earn the links. Then report it in calls, not positions.

01

Win the searches that come with a wallet

Every target search gets matched to the page that should win it. Price questions are the most searched and least answered queries in most trades.

  • "furnace replacement cost denver"Pricing page
  • "furnace repair littleton"Service + area page
  • "why is my furnace loud"Guide
02

Fix the site before writing for it

Month one is an audit of how Google sees you. Crawling, speed on a phone, one page per service, titles and schema. Content on a broken site is wasted.

  • Crawling
  • Mobile speed
  • Schema
  • Page structure
03

Pages built from real questions

Each service gets a page that answers what customers ask on the phone. Cost, timing, permits. The same pages get cited in AI answers.

04

Rankings are an input

Calls, forms and booked jobs lead the report. Positions come second.

Tracking goes in before the first page is edited.

05

Links a real business earns

No bought guest posts. Google catches them now. We go after links that would exist without Google.

  • Suppliers
  • Trade groups
  • Chambers
  • Sponsorships
  • Local news
06

Local SEO comes included

For most Denver businesses the calls come from the Map Pack. So your Google Business Profile, reviews and citations are part of every plan.

  • Business Profile
  • Reviews
  • Citations

Your first six months

Local terms usually move first. Competitive terms take three to six months.

  1. Month 1

    Fix and measure

    • Technical audit and fixes
    • Call and form tracking installed
    • Target searches agreed in writing
  2. Months 2 and 3

    Build the pages

    • A page for every service
    • Citations cleaned, reviews flowing
    • First content and first local links
  3. Months 4 to 6

    Compound

    • Local terms usually moving
    • Competitive terms start to climb
    • Lead pages tuned to convert

A good fit if

  • You can take on more work
  • An average sale is worth a few hundred dollars or more
  • You will fix or rebuild a weak site
  • You can give competitive terms three to six months

Not the right fit if

  • You want a ranking guarantee
  • You are in a competitive category with under $1,000 a month
  • The business is brand new with no reviews yet

Just starting out? Work through our free local SEO checklist first.

The difference, plainly

We would rather be specific about this than claim to be "different".

What most SEO retainers deliver

  • A monthly PDF of ranking positions
  • Content written to hit a word count
  • Links from directories nobody reads
  • No call tracking, so nothing ties to revenue
  • A twelve-month contract signed up front

What we deliver instead

  • Reporting in calls, forms and booked work
  • Content built around real buyer questions
  • Earned links from genuinely relevant sources
  • Attribution wired before optimization starts
  • Month to month, always

Sites we designed and built

Every one custom WordPress, and every one owned by the client.

Common questions

How long before SEO works?

Local movement often shows in four to eight weeks. Competitive organic rankings usually take three to six months. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

What does SEO cost in Denver?

Our plans are $995, $1,975 and $3,450 a month, and the differences are scope: more content, more links, more keywords and more locations as you go up. Denver agencies as a whole charge $750 to $5,000 a month, with the median between $1,500 and $2,500. A one-time technical audit runs $750 to $2,500. There is a full breakdown in our Denver SEO cost guide.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody controls Google. We guarantee the work, the reporting, and honesty about what we can and cannot influence.

Is content included?

Yes. Content is most of what makes SEO work, so it is part of the engagement rather than an upsell. Growth includes two pieces a month and Market Leader includes four.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No contract and no setup fee. The audit, tracking setup and account access are part of the first month. You can stop with 30 days notice and you keep every page, every report and every account.

What is in the monthly report?

Calls and forms from organic search, the pages and terms that produced them, what we shipped that month, what moved, and what is planned next. It is a Looker Studio report you can open any day, plus a written summary you can read in five minutes.

Can you do SEO on a site you did not build?

Usually, yes. We audit it first. If it is a page-builder site that cannot be made fast, we will tell you what SEO can and cannot do on it, and what a rebuild would cost, before you decide. Our WordPress development team handles the fixes either way.

Do you do e-commerce SEO?

Yes. Category and product structure, product schema, Merchant Center feeds and the content that ranks category pages. Boosted Mayhem is an example of search work driving traffic to both a service side and a storefront on one site.

Will AI search replace SEO?

No, but it changes what gets cited. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews pull from pages that answer a specific question clearly, carry structured data, and come from a business with consistent details across the web. That is the same work we already do. Our AI search guide goes into the details.

What is the difference between SEO and local SEO?

Local SEO is the part that puts you in the Map Pack: your Google Business Profile, reviews, citations and service-area pages. SEO in full adds the technical work, content and links that win the organic results below the map and the searches with no local intent. Every plan here includes both. The local SEO page covers the map side on its own.
