Code Synap provides digital marketing and website design services to its clients. Our services include, but are not limited to, website design, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and email marketing. Our services are intended for use by businesses and individuals for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

  1. Payment

Code Synap will provide an estimate for services before starting any work. Payment for services must be made in full before work begins. Code Synap accepts payment via Stripe, PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.

  1. Intellectual Property

Code Synap retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, website designs, graphics, and source code created during the course of providing services to a client. The client is granted a license to use these materials for their intended purpose. The client may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose any materials provided by Code Synap without written consent.

  1. Confidentiality

Code Synap agrees to keep all information provided by the client confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial information, and contact information. Code Synap will not share this information with any third parties without the express written consent of the client.

  1. Warranties

Code Synap makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided. Code Synap will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of its services. The client agrees to hold Code Synap harmless for any damages that may occur.

  1. Refunds

Code Synap offers a 15-day money-back guarantee for our “lifetime web design deals and packages” from the date of purchase. If a client is not satisfied with our services within the first 15 days of purchase, they may request a full refund by contacting us at support@codesynap.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request. This refund policy does not apply to any additional services or custom work requested by the client.
